About the Ten House Brand

Ten House Brand was born from a love for ranch life, rough country, hard work, and doing things with purpose.

We’re Kenny and Carol Nix, a husband-and-wife team rooted in Arizona ranch country. Hunting, livestock, horses, family, and the outdoors aren’t hobbies we picked up along the way they’re part of the life we live every day.

Ten House Brand was created to give people the opportunity to experience that world in an authentic way. Whether you’re joining us for a guided hunt, needing help with a pack-out, or renting a UTV for your own adventure, our goal is simple: provide a dependable, personal experience and treat people the way we’d want to be treated.

We believe in working hard, caring for the land, respecting the animals we pursue, and doing things right. Faith and family shape the way we live and the way we do business, and we want Ten House Brand to represent something that lasts far beyond a single hunt.

Meet Kenny

Kenny is most at home outdoors.

Raised around cattle, ranch work, hunting, and the realities of life in rough country. He knows that a successful experience is about more than pulling a trigger, it’s about preparation, persistence, good judgment, and enjoying the country along the way.

Kenny leads the outfitting side of Ten House Brand with the same approach he brings to ranch life: work hard, keep your word, and take care of the people around you.

Meet Carol

Carol helps bring the hospitality and experience side of Ten House Brand to life.

With a background in ranching, rodeo, hospitality, and guest experience, she focuses on making the details feel seamless from communication before your trip to lodging coordination and making sure guests feel welcomed when they arrive.

She believes some of the best memories are made when people get away from the noise, spend time outside, and experience a way of life that feels real.
